MyFile allows you to request documents from family doctors, hospitals, government agencies, law enforcement, and many more.
Records can take up to 30 days and sometimes longer depending on whom they are being requested from. We often are able to obtain your records within the 30-day period.
Once we receive the files from the respective location, we will upload them to your profile for you to view.
No, all records are provided electronically. You may log into the portal to view and print your records.
